This includes national and local carriers including the Post Office (USPS), UPS, Fedex etc. There are numerous factors determining how your order will be sent. Third Party Fulfillment: Please be aware that for some online customer orders we utilize third party packaging and fulfillment services to ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Therefore you may receive your order in third party shipment packaging (i.e. Amazon). Your purchase from SLOTDOG is fully warranted with a lifetime guarantee directly from SLOTDOG. Please be assured that as with any other purchase made on slotdog.com, customer service and return/refund inquiries are to be placed directly with SLOTDOG through our contact page, not any of the third party fulfillment providers involved.

International Orders - Shipping Outside the US

International shipping rate does NOT include any Duties or Taxes you might owe when the product arrives. Different countries have different "de minimis" minimums at which point taxes are due. These rules and duty amounts change frequently, especially lately. Please research these costs prior to placing your order so that you are not caught off-guard by duties and tariffs.

International Shipping rate does include free door-to-door tracking to the following 55 countries:

Depending on the country, delivery usually occurs within 1-4 weeks

For other countries, tracking updates will stop at the border.

Not every country has the same level of a postal service. If the country you're shipping to doesn't support full tracking, the tracking updates will stop once it's handed to the foreign postal service at the border.

*We cannot provide guaranteed door-to-door tracking to destinations in Mexico. Whether you can see door-to-door tracking updates for packages sent to Mexico depends on the tracking number of your label that gets assigned once our agent Asendia receives the package and hands it off to Mexico's national postal service, Correos de México.
